My name is Tomoko Gregory.
I have been teaching yoga for 15 years in Cairns.
Through my own practice and teaching I highly recommend anyone to do yoga to improve the quality of life.

I will guide you to experience yoga by
using yogic tools of
* yoga meditation- non religious
* yoga breathing- breathing exercise for vitality
* yoga posture- anatomically aligned, structurally balanced
* yoga relaxation- how to effectively deal with stress
* yoga philosophy- positive, uplifting and life affirming
10:45 - 12:00
You will learn all basic of yoga. This is great way to start yoga. Before you will join to the general class you are required to experience foundation class.
9:00 - 10:30
The postures become more challenging in this class. We are studying stronger versions of all the Asana groups but always being aware that we work according to our capacity.
9:30 - 11:00
General class is designed to accommodate different levels of yoga experience and all students are welcome.
From the bottom of my heart, you are a legend. As a human and as a yogi you teach me so much. After every yoga class with you I feel more focused yet relaxed, stronger and motivated to keep learning from the practice. Endless thanks,
